How the pricing works

Plans are sized by active members. Members with another status, such as inactive, pending or invited, do not count, which suits associations whose rosters change over the year. When your active members reach the limit of your plan, adding or reactivating another one is blocked with a clear message, and you can upgrade.

Even when a plan is full, it works out at about €1.50 per active member per year. Larger organisations with more than 500 active members can contact us for a tailored plan.

Broadcast emails

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of broadcast emails, counted per calendar month in UTC: 300 on Starter, 1,000 on Standard, 2,500 on Plus and 5,000 on Pro. The broadcast page shows your usage and prevents a send that would exceed the allowance. Account emails such as password resets and invitations do not use it.

The free trial and what happens after

Every new association gets a 7-day trial of the Starter plan with full access, and it needs no credit card. Before the trial ends, add your association's legal name and billing address in Settings so that we can send your invoice.

After the trial, billing is by invoice. Until the first payment is recorded, the association stays available in read-only mode: staff and members can still sign in and view their data, but nothing can be changed. Once the payment is recorded, everything is writable again.

Which plan should we choose?

Count your active members today, then leave a little room for the season ahead. A club that expects thirty new sign-ups in spring should pick the next plan up rather than squeeze into one that will block new members just when they arrive.

  • Starter suits small societies, committees and newly founded associations.
  • Standard is the typical choice for a single-sport club or a mid-sized student society.
  • Plus and Pro are for associations with several sections, large youth programmes or a long-standing membership.
  • Not sure? Start the trial, add your members and see how many are active. You can change plan at any time.

Pricing questions

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Plans are tied to active members, so you move up when your membership grows. Contact us and we will change the plan on your association.

Are there setup or per-user fees?

No. There are no setup fees, and you can invite as many team members as you need.

Do you charge for members who left?

No. Only active members count towards your plan, so setting someone to inactive frees up a place.

Which currency and payment method?

Prices are in euros per year, invoiced to your association's billing address.
